WFH from Anywhere?! Check out these roles!
Hi Career Besties,
Over the weekend, we took a trip to Stockholm city and I found the courage to drive the entirety of our trip back, which was close to 3.5 hours. It’s definitely a challenge to drive in a foreign country with foreign rules but thankfully, even Swedish traffic was nothing compared to the traffic in Toronto (um hello DVP?!).
Our trip was short but sweet and we managed to meet up with old and new friends (for me, I met a new friend from Tik Tok who was also new to Sweden). I was most excited about trying the Asian restaurants I had saved from social media, and they were both a hit!
But what’s truly even more exciting for me, is that my new role has been going well beyond my expectations, the students having been leaving me great reviews, and I’m already being primed for full-time!
Honestly, I was pretty down the past couple of weeks because of loneliness in a new country, and needing to start from scratch again. But this past weekend gave me the renewal I desperately needed and life feels good again.
