Here’s what’s happening: 5 North American (Canada & USA) roles will stay free, every single week, no changes there. But the rest of Wednesday’s paid Canadian roles are moving behind the paywall; just for paid subscribers.

Why now? Simple: the volume of paid opportunities has grown a lot since we started, and I want to protect that value for the people who support this newsletter financially.
